On 21 Feb   2008, the SBAV organised a dinner at the Golden Ballroom, Fortuna  Hotel.  The event was to enable members  especially those who were away from their families to celebrate Chap Goh  Meh  -   the 15th day of the Lunar New Year.   In fact, is we had more than one good reason to gather and celebrate...
